There's been highs, lows, and many hurdles in between.
10 years ago, I was massaging muddy legs all over Derbyshire to gain the skills to complete my training.
I set up Charlotte Rose Sports Massage in 2013, not knowing I'd soon be growing a family as well as a business! It's been hard work and long days, but I wouldn't change any of it.

The experience I have gained in the last year since opening CRSTherapy has been incredible. My massage techniques have developed, and my people skills are continuing to grow every day.

I am so grateful to be able to do a job I love 🤎✨️
