My elecampane is growing fast and this perennial will grow to 1.5 m tall, thickened woody base. 🌿
With yellow daisy-like flower heads to 9cm wide, with narrow rays and a darker centre. 🌼
It is commonly prepared as a decoction (boiled root) or tincture. 🪴

I always manage to find some fungi! Cabbage parachute ‘Gymnopus brassicolens’ The cabbage parachute grows in wooded areas, but also in urban environments such as lawns and gardens.
