I created this group because I know how important it is to get help with your own mental health and wanted to create a page with images and advive to help people who are struggling and for anyone who family or friends going through any mental health problems.
I myself struggle with anxiety and I had depression twice on different ocasions a few years ago. I know how hard it is to ask for help when you are struggling but everyone is facing a battle you know nothing about.
