💗 I’m delighted to announce that from February, as well as working from the lovely Health Hut on Wednesday afternoons, I will be working from The Crystal Rooms, Horam on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. Appointments will be available between 9.30am and 1.30pm.

To celebrate I will be offering an introductory price of £40 for a 1hr first treatment there (normally £50), including a free phone consultation beforehand.

Come and get pampered and soothed with a wonderful holistic deep tissue massage. As a friend recently said to me, “I didn’t realise how much I needed this until you started the massage, I was a bit emotional!”

So much gets stored and trapped in the body, and what can seem like a luxury turns out to be a necessity to release tensions and restore us (and happens to be luxurious 😆).

Things have been a little quiet on the Warming Heart front with car issues galore! But it’s been a good excuse for some lovely fallow time, deeply resting and embracing Being over Doing.

It can be hard to crowd out all the motivational new year prompts and remember that we are in midwinter and are supposed to do less not more. Perhaps a relaxing massage can convince your body of this ☺️

The Health Hut at Wilderness Wood will be closed for maintenance for most of the rest of the month, but I can bring the whole set up to your home, complete with music, aromatherapy, table and linens. I am extending my introductory offer this month by bringing down the rate of a mobile massage to £40 for 1hr of massage. Get in touch for a pamper.
