The application of sports massage, prior to and after exercise can lead to enhanced performance, aid recovery and prevent injury. Having recently completed her studies in VTCT level 3 Sports Massage Diploma and VTCT level 2 Award in Infection prevention for complimentary therapies and sports massage, Helen has already developed an array of skills to carry out treatments for pre, post, inter-event, maintenance and restorative purposes using a range of techniques and is first aid trained.
