As the seasons change there’s still a shift from vibrant colourful blooms to more autumnal dried grasses & seed heads berries and evergreens . You can still easily take a wander and collect to decorate your home . Helping you shift towards a slower rythm heading towards the seasons of energy storage not growth . Begin to slow tell your body to slow . We have a natural instinct to forage and store for coming months so enjoy it pick some blackberries as the sun sets make a pie . Enjoy the last of the summer evenings and get creative keeping neuropathways alive and storing happy hormones up for the winter .

This is my wonderful niece Daphne our little star just over a year ago a virus triggered diabetes she is now insulin dependent has never complained about the effect this has on her . For us it’s highlighted health and how precious it is .

I’m always more than happy for her to make her own perfumes & anything else she likes as all ingredients I use are toxin free . Essential oils help hormones rather than artificial perfumes which can negatively affect them .
I’m increasingly worried about the skincare / beauty products aimed at teens and pre teens .
If you have the same concerns I can offer sessions where you can come and make your own .
These can be group or individual bookings it’s a lovely mother/daughter or aunty & neice activity. I do offer for males as well if your interested ?

We can make perfumes , body spray , deodorant , bath bombs , shampoo , moisturiser, cleanser and more .

These sessions are tailored to your time and budget .

I love these creative classes . There’s no experience needed I teach techniques that you can use at home . In a welcoming friendly inspiring environment.
We are all creative even if you don’t feel it , with a little guidance beautiful pieces emerge .
Creativity helps relieve stress as it activates the effort driven reward system of the brain it helps release negative emotions which is why I’m so passionate about it .
These classes are easy going and fun your creations are yours to choose from the range of flowers I have grown dried and foraged over the last few months .
I fully embrace everyone’s own tastes and encourage you to be as bold or simple as you like .

Would you be able to spare some hydrangeas? I use them throughout the year in classes . I’m blessed with a pink bush in our new garden but I’m always on the hunt for more of any colour .
I’m happy to exchange for a gift bag or a floral wreath of your blooms when dried .
Happy to collect , also any other flowers that dry well .
Using flowers from farms feels forced and chemically enhanced where as our gardens have a much more natural feel ✨

These brownies are a recipe I created whilst working as a chef , they have been on quite a few restaurant menus over the years . So easy and gluten free !
This is a huge quantity I bake a tray a week for my clients . You could half the recipe and use a smaller tray ( remember to cut cooking time a bit if you do )
The best chocolate is the budget friendly bars from any supermarket lidil and Aldi my personal favourite.
It’s really important to stir the chocolate and butter whilst melts & to really fluff up the egg and sugar mix - combining both mixes you can give it a beat as it needs combining well you can put whatever chunks of chocolate you like in if the pieces are to small they will melt and disappear.
Cook 150 for an hour should wobble when comes out of oven .
Impossible to cut until chilled
Freezes well
If warming to serve only heat for a short time as will collapse due to high butter /chocolate content.

The most important ingredient is love when I bake I dance 🪩 I pour love into it . Now I use energy healing in my work I also add this magic to . It really is so important that’s what makes these brownies really stand out .
So enjoy it have a kitchen disco 💃 bake a few of these and spread the love around 🫶🏼✨
