Little blog post about the difference between classical acupuncture (performed by a degree-level trained acupuncturist) and dry needling (typically performed by a physiotherapist or osteopath etc). Hopefully it will help you choose which modality is most suited to your specific needs...

Whilst acupuncture and dry needling share some similarities, they are very different in their origins, underlying philosophies, and treatment approaches.

I'm still here! Sorry I haven't been on the socials recently. Mum- and work life pushed it all down the priority list.
