To ensure the smooth running of my business and to respect everyone’s time, please take note of the following policies:

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your appointment.

Rescheduling is allowed without losing your deposit, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Please understand that these policies are in place because I run a business and last-minute changes can affect my schedule and income.

That said, I do understand that life happens — I’m always as flexible and understanding as possible when it comes to rearranging appointments. Just communicate with me as soon as you can, and we’ll work something out.

Important Update Regarding Appointments – Starting September

Hi everyone,

From September onwards, I’ll be moving to set working days and times. For a long time, I’ve done my best to be flexible around clients' needs, but the balance between work and personal life just isn’t working anymore. This change is something I need to do for both my family and myself, as I often find myself working into all hours, and it's become unsustainable.

I hope you can all understand and appreciate this decision. I truly value your continued support.

Please make sure to book appointments in advance, as I will need to stick strictly to the new schedule and won’t be taking on extra or last-minute bookings.
