If there’s one thing that’s kept me going, it’s the love and kindness of my tribe, my clients and all you beautiful followers.

I’ve been literally inundated with messages after my second video, all full of love and so many of you reaching out to share your experiences too.

Women need women. The right circle ⭕️ of women, and this changes and ebbs and flows as we move through life and our chapters. And that is ok 🙏

So beautiful to see women in their communities here.. embracing their ancient traditions.

I’m so excited to come home to a circle with on Friday. 🙏 soup for the soul.

For now I’m just utterly utterly grateful 🙏 to be here and experiencing this wonderful island and all its culture.
