Well, last week really did make me re-think about what I really needed to prioritise.
It felt like my time was squeezed even more than usual and I decided to prioritise one thing to help me.
I chose Reiki, which I’ve recently been attuned to and I’m figuring it out slowly but surely!
So 5 days last week I made ten minutes to practise on myself.
Those were my pockets of well-being for the week.
A small decision to take the time ‘off’ to manage my energy and wellness.
And for that week, it was enough.
So here’s your gentle reminder that five or ten minutes is enough.
Enough to:
✨go for a quick walk
✨focus on your breath
✨repeat a positive affirmation
✨read a few pages of an inspiring book
✨do some yoga
