We currently have three places available on a one day (6 hour) Emergency First Aid course to be held at Mytholmroyd Community Centre on Saturday the 28th of June. The qualification is nationally recognised and certified by the First Aid Industry Body.
Hours are 9:30am until 4pm. Cost is £40 per person. Please contact Ann on 07946047941 to book places

White Lee First Aid Training based in Mytholmroyd will be delivering an Emergency First Aid at Work course over two evenings on the 13th and the 20th of May at a central Mytholmroyd location. Come on down!!

Night

We are honoured that the Shoulder of Mutton Public House, Mytholmroyd, has chosen Calder Valley Search and Rescue Team (CVSRT) as their charity of the year for 2024.

Throughout the year they are planning on hosting regular quiz nights along with other events.

The first quiz of the year will take place on Wednesday February 21st at 19:30.

It’s £2 per person to enter, with teams of a maximum 4 people, each team will get a free pizza and all proceeds will go to CVSRT.

Thanks to everyone at the Shoulder of Mutton for their support and happy quizzing!

2. Paediatric First Aid Course being held at Bolton Villas in Bradford on Saturdays 20 and 27 January 2024. This is being hosted and organised by a group of childminders in Bradford. Contact us for more information

3. Defibrillator training. If your school or community group has a defibrillator and you are not certain how to use it, or you would like to learn how to use a defibrillator, get in touch and we will try and help you.
All schools as part of a Government initiative have a defibrillator, but many schools seem unsure on how to use them.
