What will happen in my 1 hour appointment?
Nicola incorporates elements of both podiatry and reflexology into her practice. It is important to note that these two fields have different philosophies and methodologies, hence the medical aspect of podiatry will be completed in the first half of the session and the holistic reflexology in the second. She will make sure
you have any additional blankets or pillows you require and should you wish, soft music and lighting.

August. What a month that was, with sad views we never thought we'd see! Thanks to family, friends, community and amazing fund raising work my new work space is emerging.

September has begun with lots of practicality and hard work to get 4 Albert Street ready to open for clients from the 13th.
