Children/teens I run Soothing Soles Holistic Therapies from my peaceful, calming treatment room in Heckington. If it’s more convenient, I also offer mobile appointments, depending on your location — just get in touch and I can find what works best for you. I’m genuinely passionate about health, wellbeing and helping people feel better in themselves. I truly believe in the power of holistic therapies, especially reflexology. Over the years, I’ve seen how it can ease stress, encourage deep relaxation, restore balance and support the body’s natural ability to heal. My goal is always to provide professional, individualised treatments that nurture both body and mind — helping you feel your best in a caring, grounded and down-to-earth way. A Space Just for You

When you step into my treatment room, it’s all about you — a safe, calming space where you can truly switch off from life’s demands. Think of it as your personal sanctuary: a place to relax, recharge, and allow your body and mind to reset. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more balanced, and deeply cared for. At Soothing Soles, I believe wellbeing should be simple and accessible. No matter your age, background, or where you are in life, you deserve the time and space to focus on yourself. Whether you’re looking to relax, relieve stress, or restore balance, I’m here to support you — not just physically but emotionally and mentally too. Specialist Support

I continue to grow and develop my practice through ongoing training. I’ve recently begun a Diploma in Reflexology for Cancer Support, deepening my ability to support those undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment and their families. This training is helping me provide safe, compassionate and tailored care — including gentle techniques like encouraging “shy” veins to make blood tests or cannulation a little easier and less stressful. I’m also certified in palliative reflexology, offering calming, adapted treatments that improve quality of life for individuals living with serious or chronic illnesses and their families. How I can Help

I’m passionate about providing a calm, nurturing space for busy and overwhelmed individuals — a place to pause, breathe, and restore balance. Whether you're navigating:

Tension
Stress
Anxiety
Sleep difficulties
Fatigue
Low mood

…or simply need time to reset, I’m here to support you. This list isn’t exhaustive — your wellbeing is unique and so is the care you’ll receive. Supporting my clients is a true privilege and I feel honoured every day to do the work I love. Have a look around and explore my services — or just get in touch. If you're unsure whether reflexology is right for you, I warmly invite you to reach out. You might be surprised by the difference a little time out — and the gentle power of reflexology — can make. Thank you for considering Reflexology with me. I look forward to meeting you and supporting your well-being. Jo x

Reflexology is often known for relaxation… but the benefits don’t stop there.

From calming the nervous system to supporting sleep, circulation, and emotional balance — it works quietly in the background, helping your body find its natural rhythm again.

Sometimes the biggest shifts aren’t dramatic…
they’re the subtle ones you start to notice in how you feel day to day.💜

9th April - 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 drains your energy reserves.

If you feel 𝗲𝘅𝗵𝗮𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, your body may be stuck in 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲.

That can look like brain fog, low motivation, or feeling “wired but tired.”

It’s 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗹𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 — it’s your nervous system asking for recovery.

Support your energy gently:
Slow down.
Get some fresh air.
Take a few comfy breaths.

Small moments of care help restore your natural energy 🌿
