I founded Mama Unleashed through a passion for fitness and the understanding of being a mum and trying to combine the two! Finding time for you is challenging and so exercise can sometimes go to bottom of the pi

le. The physical and mental benefits that exercise brings though cannot be overlooked and so I want to enable mums to be able to work out in a safe, friendly environment and to create a community of mums who support, encourage and empower each other. All of my classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels, with adaptations given throughout so you can work out at a level to suit you. The classes are all friendly, welcoming and relaxed so that you feel comfortable to workout and best of all, you join a fab group of like-minded women all doing the same! Want a more dedicated fitness session? Then consider a Personal Training Plan with me - workout in my private gym and hit your fitness goals without ever having to step foot in a normal gym! So many ladies hate gyms and don’t feel confident with using machines and what to do, I can take all that stress away for you! I offer 8,12 & 16 week plans to suit your budget and timeframe. Classes start back at Roberttown @1.30pm at the All Saints Church. I am really excited to see you all - new faces and returning mamas too!!

The minis stole the limelight in class today ❤️

Lots of happy smiley faces enjoying their playtime with mummy and loving our The National Lottery Community Fund decorations. Every week the pre-schoolers take part in the exercises and at the end, help tidy away the mats. They are growing in confidence each week - approaching new mums to take their mats and it’s lovely to see 🥰
Babies that came as newborns are now sitting up, crawling and exploring and of course clapping for us all at the end 👏

The class is of course for the mums to work out but it’s so much more than just that - it’s a chance for little ones to explore and play in the safety of a mum group, to watch their mummies prioritising their own health and fitness and making it fun ❤️

We’ve 6 classes left of this term and I am looking forward to bringing new and challenging workouts to keep pushing and progressing everyone who attends.

Love this group of women - the class makes me smile each week and gets the week started in the best way xx

We are back!! 🙌

Today is our first class back and it’s a full one so looking forward to seeing you all there!

7 weeks of classes now and then it’s the summer break - can you believe it?!? Where has that year gone?!

Anyone who can’t make it today, please let me know ASAP as I’ve got a really big waiting list of ladies who would all like to try a class and would hate a space to go to waste!

Tabata style for todays class and it proved popular with these two who loved our ‘fast feet’ exercise ❤️💪🏻❤️

Seeing the toddlers and pre school children take part makes my heart happy, not only because they are enjoying it and having fun but also because they are seeing exercise as a positive, fun thing and something that should be valued and made time for. They watch mummy and grandma and want to do the same and that’s precious ❤️

Last class today until after half term where we’ll be back for 7 weeks in a row 💪🏻💪🏻

Classes are fully booked right up until the summer now so message if you’d like to be placed on the waiting list.

Have a fab May holiday everyone and see you on the 3rd June!! ###

🌺 Hello May 🌺

Can you believe we are in May already?! Starting to see the cold weather lift and I am loving that little bit of ☀️- just makes everything feel better!

Looking forward to more of our classes this month and I am hoping to be back in my home gym for my PT too. Classes and more exciting things to come soon for my home gym so watch this space if you are interested….🙌

My mama & Mini classes are fully booked now for the rest of the term so keep an eye out for random spaces available each week if you want to come or message me and I’ll put you on the waiting list!

Thank you again to Roberttown Community Centre Pre-school for making this happen and to The National Lottery Community Fund for allowing the class to happen each week through their funding of the project. It’s unique to have a free class for mums but the fact it’s booked up every week is testament to how important it is and how much it’s valued ❤️

Mobility & Stretching 🙆‍♀️

In amongst the challenging workout today, I added a couple of mobility and stretching moves just to aid joints and flexibility into areas I know we need the most! (It also gave a little light relief from the challenging parts! 🤣)

We had a lot of giggling today and above all - lots of fun and jokes which makes it such a fab class. This group is such a fab group of women ❤️💪🏻❤️

From late nights to early mornings, you pour your heart into everything you do. Today is for celebrating YOU – the unsung heroes who make life extraordinary. Here’s to the mums who inspire us every day! 🌷💖

I also want to extend the love and understanding to those who may find this day bittersweet. To those missing their mums, navigating the journey of motherhood, or for whom becoming a mom is a cherished dream – your strength is acknowledged and your emotions are valid.
