We are delighted to announce the grand opening of our brand new service, Longwood House based in Huddersfield.

Our new service features four single occupancy apartments, specially designed for adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health needs and behaviours of concern.

We're looking for caring, enthusiastic, and compassionate individuals to join our team as Support Workers, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional person-centred care and support, enabling people to live as independently as possible.

We're hiring!

We are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager to join us, to manage one of our Residential Services based in Barnsley, rated Good by CQC.

This service is a learning disability service, and is home to 5 adults that require intense support that live within their own fully individualised and self contained apartment.

The service already has an existing, full complement of wonderful and dedicated staff, providing the highest levels of care and enabling support.

We have unrivalled management support, training and an infrastructure that will support you to excel in your role as Registered Manager with us.

If you are a Registered Manager, with experience within a learning disability setting, or a Deputy Manager looking to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.

Here at Aspire in the Community, we are actively recruiting for Support Workers to join our team that support Adults with learning disabilities and complex care needs.

We believe that EVERY person, no matter their personal circumstances or disability deserve the opportunity to thrive at home, within their community and achieve their own unique and personal goals. Whether it’s activities at home, cooking, cleaning, trips to the cinema, circus or visiting friends and family our amazing team of support staff enable our service users to live fulfilling lives each and every day.

We currently have vacancies for Support Workers, and a Waking Night Support Worker in Barnsley, with rates of pay starting from £11.44 per hour and a part time vacancy in Huddersfield for 30 hours per week.
