I stopped to take a photo of the most beautiful rainbow yesterday. This photo does not do it justice, each colour was so clearly visible, their beauty gives you hope that the rain will stop.
Also, it gives you a chance to pause and enjoy what’s in front of you, I’m often rushing from one place to the next as a busy mum working in the community.

Exercising is important whatever your age. Maintaining bone health and muscle mass will help keep you healthy, give you reserves when you are unwell and hopefully prevent fractures if you do fall.
This is even more important for women.
