Each pot will be 200 cals each and count as one product each by halving the two chosen bar/shake. Can be made with any variety of bar/shake so go wild ! 🤩

2. **Weigh Yourself at the Same Time:** Your weight can fluctuate throughout the day. To get the most accurate reading, weigh yourself at the same time each week.

3. **Use the Same Scale:** Different scales can give different readings. Stick to the same scale each week for consistency.

4. **Wear Similar Clothing:** The weight of your clothing can affect the scale reading. Try to wear similar clothing each time you weigh in.

5. **Record Your Weight:** Keep a record of your weekly weigh-ins. This will help you track your progress over time.

6. **Reflect on the Past Week:** Think about your eating habits, exercise routine, and other factors that could have affected your weight. This can help you understand any fluctuations in your weight.
