I have been practising yoga for 8 years, initially as a dancer I found yoga through my love of movement. It wasn’t until I began to learn the true meaning of the linage that I really fell in love with the practice and now allow these teachings to ripple throug

Don’t underestimate the power of these micro moments of mindfulness. It’s essential to have some self regulating tools in your back pocket as a mama.

Carving out just 5 minutes a day consistently over time will have an impact.

Taking time to yourself isn’t selfish, it’s vital. Our children learn from what we do, not what we say and modeling to them that it’s a priority to look after your health and wellbeing is important.

The most common complaint I hear of as a yoga teacher is lower back pain and tightness and I’m asked every single week for poses/stretches that can help release tension and ease pain. Here you go 🫶🏼
