Stress creates all types of physical and emotional problems reducing the ability to function at our best. I will teach you how to minimise or eliminate any unnecessary stress in your life. I have a wide amount of experience in helping you reach your true self which can then aid in reaching your highest potential in whatever area or areas you choose. I offer relaxation techniques including meditation on a one to one basis, chakra balancing, colour therapy and life coaching.
