Supported Futures Ltd

Supported Futures Ltd We are a small, person-centred company who place strong partnerships with service users and their families. Our team are physically fit, active and adventurous!

Our experience of supporting our own family members with complex needs and our experiences of working in the care sector led us to found our company on the principle that the needs of service users and families must come before the needs of a business. We believe that good communication and strong relationships are essential to enhance personal development and quality of life for our service users

. We are happy to provide support for a wide range of activities. This could be anything from cinema to sailing, attending gaming conventions to canoeing, or flying down a zip line; it really all depends on you! We pride ourselves on taking a person-centred approach and delivering bespoke support. We liaise with service users, families and social services to agree an individualised and fully managed support package. Initially this takes the form of a six month projected support plan, which clearly outlines the support we will provide, goals and actions needed to achieve them. Support plans are reviewed and adapted regularly in accordance with the needs of our service users. This will take place at least once every six months, but we are committed to updating support plans whenever change is needed. We believe they are never the finished article, but a work in progress.
