Service Update – Adverse Weather Conditions

Due to adverse weather conditions and dangerous travel, our clinicians have been unable to get to the practice and we are operating with skeleton administrative staff.

Today we are only able to offer remote telephone consultations for emergency/urgent problems. There are no routine appointments or face‑to‑face consultations available.

If you have a life‑threatening emergency, please call 999 or attend A&E. For urgent advice that cannot wait, please contact the practice by phone, using online consultations, or use NHS 111 online / by calling 111 if you cannot get through.

We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding while we work to provide care as safely as possible in these conditions.

⚠️ Weather Warning

Due to the current adverse weather conditions and dangerous travel, our clinicians and administrative staff may have difficulty getting to the practice safely.

There is a possibility that the surgery may need to close or operate with reduced capacity at short notice to avoid putting staff and patients at risk.

We are monitoring the situation closely and will post updates here and on our website as soon as decisions are made.
