Good afternoon,

Here are the dates for my Sundays this year, January is currently fully booked but things can always change. I do also work 3 out of 4 Saturdays but Saturdays are currently fully booked till the 28th of March.

As always if any weekend appointments do become available I will drop a message on here or why not put yourself on the waitlist on my booking app. Then I can let you know if or when one pops up 😁

Just dropping a little message to all my old and new clients 🥰

To thank you, for incredible support, encouragement, advice and understanding, that was shown to me this year.

What a year it has been, my business is growing and growing and I’m incredibly grateful and proud of everything we have achieved together.

Thank you for all client’s that have booked
in, returned, listened and did the rehab 😉😆 and are now well on the way to recovery. Thank you also for sharing my business, recommending me and showing me so much love and respect.

Here’s to a new year, big things and changes are coming. All in a positive way, can’t wait to see how 2026 will develop. New skills learnt and new treatments provided. Watch this space as I will have some amazing news to share with you all very soon.

Good morning everybody, I hope you all had an amazing Xmas. I’ve had a very chilled and relaxing one haha but feeling more refreshed and the body has recovered.

I have never worked new year week but I have a very busy week ahead, again if you have an appointment and you can’t make it or have run out of funds, please please don’t leave it too late before cancelling.

Remember I have a 24hr cancellation policy. Any appointments cancelled under 24hrs has to be paid in full.

I have some very exciting news to bring you all at the start of the year, some of you already know but keep it quiet 🤫 a little longer haha all will be revealed on the 1st of January and I’m so excited to share it 🥳🥳

Good morning ☺️, well last week was a crazy week haha but Thank you for everyone turning up, for all the gifts and tips. I have been completely spoiled this year.

Thank you to every single one of you one of you that bought Gift Vouchers. This year especially it’s going to be a massive help with next year. Physically cards can not be bought now, but there is still a few more days that they can be sent via email. Just drop me a message.

There will most likely be a few scheduled post over the next week. But apart from that I am now going to rest and gather my strength back up for next week when I come back.

Cupping has helped to support my massage therapy sessions for quite a few years now and I believe in this treatment. It’s helped so many of my clients with tightness and pain. This is one of those treatments that are right up there for my go too.
