Good morning everybody,

I’m just getting through the last of my message and I will be signing off as I have my procedure at 12pm today.

No phone calls will be answered until Monday, so sorry, I will try and answer messages but only from Saturday as I need time for my pain to settle and my meds to come out of my system.

Thank you for all your amazing support and understanding over the last couple of months. It’s been amazing and I will be back in clinic all going well on Wednesday. Thank you again 🫶

Oh what a happy Monday it is today haha. Just a little heads up for all my clients in today it’s carnage out on the roads at present. So pleased bear this in mind for appointments today especially this morning. It’s just taken me an hour to get from kingswood to Hedon. Holderness road is bursting. Keep safe everyone 🙌🙌

These have been on my shelves for far too long long 😂😂😂.

So………

Over the next few months I will be doing some training, I’m very excited as these will be specialised treatments. Ones I’ve wanted to do for a while 🙌🙌.

The treatments will still be in keeping with my massage therapy. But will hopefully expand my knowledge on conditions and cover Clients with more complex issues and health conditions.

Please keep an eye out as I will need some people for my case studies. These will be at a reduced price, just to cover materials needed.

Good evening, well it’s good news I will be back in clinic tomorrow 🤣.

Next week is going to be a busy one, I will put the availability up on Sunday. It’s also heating up, which I will be keeping an eye on. If it gets too hot I will be unable to carry out treatments, the room has been a little unbearable to work in the warm weather but let’s not worry about that just now. Let’s just enjoy the
sunshine 🌞 .

Good evening everyone, I just wanted to say a massive thank you for all the messages I have had asking how I am after my procedure last Thursday. It very much appreciated and has definitely helped to try and keep a smile on my face.

I’ve been in and still in a lot of pain and still have quite a lot of swelling but I’m hoping to be back this Saturday but definitely glad I took the week off as I’m definitely not up to working at the present moment. 🤣

The procedure was a little more complicated than they were hoping for, so they couldn’t complete it all. So unfortunately I’m having to go back in and get the second stage done. This does mean that some appointments are going to affected this will be Saturday the 19th of July and Monday the 21st of July. Over the next few days I shall be messaging everyone that it affects. I’m SO so sorry about this but I hope you all understand that I needed to to this to prevent a major operation which could have me out of action for 5 months 🙈.

I think I may have heat stroke from how warm it was in clinic today but this made me giggle 🤣🤣.

One of my sayings is “let’s get rid of them flatmates of yours” 🙈😂😂

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ…..

At the end of next week, I will be having a minor procedure, due to the medication I will be taking on Thursday and the pain relief in the days after I will be unavailable.

No messages or calls with be answered from Thursday the 19th till Monday 23rd. All appointments can be made or cancelled online or please do leave a message on the answer phone. Once I’m more myself and back up and running I will get back to you.

Tonight I went to a strong core class, got to keep myself fit and healthy to do the job I do……

Imagine your in the class, don’t know anyone in the room and ONLY me would be in the middle of an exercise with my legs in the air to then drop this large ball smack bang onto my face 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 even the instructor had to have a laugh 🙈🤣🤣🤣🤣. Practice makes perfect right 🧐🤪😂

Someone please tell me I’m not the only one to have done this haha
