As Christmas approaches, it’s important to remember that this time of year isn’t joyful for everyone.

I know for some, it can bring feelings of grief for loved ones no longer with us, loneliness, financial pressure, family difficulties, health challenges, or simply feeling overwhelmed by expectations.

While there are lots of celebrations around us, there are also quiet moments of sadness and reflection. It’s okay to feel whatever you’re feeling — there’s no right or wrong way to experience this season.

At this time, I hold space for those missing loved ones, navigating hard times, or just getting through the days as best you can.

Please know you are thought of, you are not alone, and your feelings matter.

✨ Training Weekend Vibes! ✨

What an amazing weekend of learning and growth! Myself and my lovely friend Lisa Coulsey have just completed an incredible training weekend in Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) 🧠💫 with the wonderful Lisa from Hello Mind

For anyone who hasn’t heard of it before, IEMT is a powerful non disclosure technique that helps people let go of unwanted emotions or memories that might still be affecting how they feel today. It can help to reduce or even eliminate the distress linked to certain thoughts, feelings or emotions, allowing the event to stay in your mind — but helping you to view it calmly and dispassionately, without the emotional charge. 💭➡️💖

It works by using specific guided eye movements while you think about a memory or feeling, helping the brain to process and release the emotional response linked to it 💖💖

I’m now looking for a few case studies to continue developing my skills — so if there’s a memory or feeling you’d like to be free from, please get in touch on 07450439658. Everything is treated with complete confidentiality and non-disclosure. 🙏

I can’t quite believe it’s been 3 whole years since I opened the doors to Park Lane Therapies! 💆‍♀️👣

I just want to say a massive thank you to every single person who’s supported me along the way — whether you’ve been for a treatment, recommended me to a friend, shared a post, or just cheered me on.

You’ve helped make my little dream into a job I absolutely love 🫶🏻💖🫶🏻

I’m honestly blown away by how much support I’ve had — it means the world to me. 🤗

I still pinch myself that this is my job… helping people feel relaxed, rebalanced and revived 🥰🥰
