We have had some calls this morning with regards to text messages being received from GGC or NHS. Whilst the Practice is unable to confirm whether specific text messages are ligitimate or not, nor any possible appointment details, there is an Outpatient Waiting List Validation initiative running at the moment where patients can receive a text message and link. This is the link for more information. There is also a phone number and email address for any queries or concerns.

NHSGGC is carrying out validation of our waiting lists to ensure our patients continue to have the same treatment needs and that they can receive the most appropriate care in the correct place. The next phase of this work is the introduction of an automated process, with the assistance of our NetCal...
