What You’ll Do
Support individuals to live independently in their own homes
Assist with personal care, medication, meals, and daily routines
Build trusted relationships and provide emotional reassurance
Promote dignity, choice and person-centred care every step of the way

What We’re Looking For
A caring nature and positive attitude
Good communication and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Driving licence and access to a car (preferred but not essential)
PVG check and SSSC registration (we’ll support you with this)
