The day we meet at The Journeyman the gym closes at 8pm and we have the Journeyman programme start behind closed doors 🚪

It’s a safe place to come and if you want you can talk, if you want you can watch, if you want you can train but the reason we set this club up was a safe place to come and safe place to be heard.
