Taken me a while to post this. A truly tough race for me. Such an amazing location..stunning.

The day started well with a good swim and a great first 30k on the bike. With a puncture that alluded my great engineering skills the last 10k on the front rim was exciting.

The run was truly epic, cramps and pain however the truly amazing support from the local volunteers and fellow athletes was beyond belief.
