This group is run by The Phoenix with the support of The West Dunbartonshire Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund.

Starting Monday, 20th January 2025 1pm – 2:30pm, we’re excited to welcome women of all ages to Mood Boosting Monday. We know that the term ‘blue Monday’ is known as a gloomy date, so what better day to kick start this new group, which aims to promote mental wellbeing, encourage self-care, relaxation and more. To start us off on the 20th we have a beautiful, gentle and relaxing sound bath from Reflection Holistics. All you need to do is listen to the soothing instruments being played and relax. After the sound bath we will have a wee chat about wellbeing and self-care whilst enjoying hot and cold drinks and some light snacks.

This is a time for the ladies to recharge and unwind - so important and needed in this busy world and we know that you deserve some ‘me time’.

Each Monday after this date, Lynn and Amy will be supporting the group to cover various wellbeing topics, having lovely chats with the ladies attending and offering regular relaxation sessions and wellbeing days for the group.

Booking essential. Please bring a blanket and pillow and some cosy clothes to keep you comfortable while you relax. https://forms.gle/2w9NdquujzWSpPGR6

As a ND parent of an ND child this is something close to my heart. It’s overload. Almost impossible for many to self regulate amongst. Awareness and acceptance is much more powerful than a cross on a behaviour chart 🙏🏻

This sounds great 🌿 Sarah was my lovely volunteer for Hooga Hearts workshops last year and I know she is so passionate about nature and art, as well as being just amazing with children. If I had an older child I'd be there!

Arts in the Woods, will take place on Monday 12th February, 10.30am-12pm, at Balloch Castle.
