🔵 Health Update 🔵
Unfortunately I was hospitalised yesterday but have been discharged this evening. I am now on an emergency waiting list for surgery. Which means I may need to reschedule appointments at short notice at some point in the future.

I am ok to continue working at present but I may or may not be in my uniform when I’m in clinic for comfort.

Many thanks for your patience & understanding in the mean time. Hopefully not too long before I’m back to 💯 👍🏼

I will be offering treatments to raise funds for Clan McCat Scotland. All proceeds raised on the day will go direct to this amazing charity.

This is a charity very close to my heart as our own adoptive cat will be arriving with us in October, thanks to this amazing charity. The fundraiser will help to pay for the flights to bring 12 rescued cats to the UK, to their forever homes. ☺️💓☺️

🔵 Cancellation/Reschedule Policy Change 🔵

‘Cancellations or Reschedules within a 48 hour period prior to your appointment will now incur a charge of 100% of the value of your treatment. Non payment will result in no further treatment being provided.’

As most of you know, for over ten years, I have operated a policy that if you miss or reschedule your appointment, if you pay on the day, that payment will carry over to your next appointment.

Unfortunately over the past few weeks I have had a large number of patients cancel & not honour the payment.

This not only impacts me financially, especially given that I need to pay for childcare to work. It also impacts others greatly in need, waiting on treatment. As missed appointments cause longer waiting times for everyone.

I’m deeply saddened that I have had to make this very tough decision but unfortunately I cannot sustain the losses for myself & other patients.
