Cancellation/Late Arrival/No Show Policy

I understand that life can be hectic and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice to either cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled appointment, or 100% charge if less than 24 hours notice is given.
This includes cancelling any part of your booking.

If you arrive more than 10 mins late for your appointment I may need to cut your treatment short or cancel it completely and you will be charged 100% of your booking.

There will be a 100% charge for No Shows.

Any charges will need to be paid before any future bookings are taken.

Acrygel is an acrylic and gel hybrid, also known as polygel.

This product is stronger than normal gel or Builder in a bottle (BIAB). It’s ideal for those that are hard on their nails or have a weakness in their nails and they find that nothing else seems to last.

💕 💅URBAN GRAFFITI GEL POLISH 💅 💕

This gel polish range is HEMA free, the colours are highly pigmented and range from nudes, pastels to rich and bold and glittery galore!

What does HEMA FREE mean?

It means that the gel polish doesn’t contain the tiny HEMA molecules that can be absorbed into the skin potentially causing irritation/allergies. Instead the gel polish contains larger molecules that do not pe*****te the skin and also are not reactive under LED/UV.

So what does HEMA stand for and what are its uses in gel polish?

Hydroxyethyl Methacrylate!

Its used in gel polishes as an adhesive, it gives the gel polish its hard shiny finish, this ingredient is the number 1 cause of skin irritation and allergies ranging from onycholysis (nail seperates from the nail bed) to blisters and rashes.
