Small changes and taking action to move forward can make a difference. Habits can rewire our brain and consistency becomes easier.
I speak with my hypnotherapy clients about this so it was great to recognise a milestone for myself that popped up on my 'smart watch' yesterday.
I have beaten my 'Move' goal for the last 365 days 🚶♀️. That's a whole year of making sure I was showing up for myself, sometimes when I may have not felt like it! ✨
I know I need to keep it going - I feel so much better making some activity part of each day. I have found that using technology has kept me accountable. Do you have any tips about what helps you?
