Measles cases are rising in England📈
You can still ask your GP practice for the MMR (measles, mumps and rubella) vaccine if your child has missed either of their 2 doses.

The new weight management medication ‘Tirzepatide’ (brand name Mounjaro) is shortly being made available to NHS patients to support weight loss. NHS Cheshire and Merseyside is currently in the process of establishing community-based weight management services, which are set to launch this summer.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide you with anymore information at this stage.

Semaglutide (Wegovy) is a weight loss drug that was approved by NICE in the UK on 4 September 2023. Tirzepatide (Mounjaro) has since been approved by NICE on 23 December 2024.

More than 3 million unvaccinated children are at risk of catching measles in England.

Make sure your child is up to date with their MMR vaccinations. You can make an appointment with your GP practice to catch up on missed doses.
