What is our Triage System?

We’ve introduced a triage system to make sure every patient gets the right care, at the right time, with the right clinician.

📍 One simple point of access – online or by phone
🩺 Reviewed by trained clinical staff – NOT receptionists
✅ GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, and Paramedics review every form

💡 Why do we use a triage system?

We know how frustrating it is to wait in long call queues, only to find there are no appointments left.

This system helps us:
✔ Prioritise based on clinical need
✔ Offer quicker access to urgent care
✔ Support continuity with your own GP
✔ Save you time and stress

Whether you call or complete the form online, we ask the same questions and send your information to the clinical team to decide the best next step.

Please allow at least 48 hours for us to process your prescription, and then allow extra time for your pharmacy to prepare it. We recommend ordering at least a week before you need your medication to make sure it’s ready in time.
