Pilates for Pain (8 Week Course)
This is for those who want to go deeper and actually address ongoing pain and movement issues.
We cover:
• Mobility & joint health
• Core stability & control
• Movement patterns that reduce strain
• Simple exercises you can continue at home
Honest note: We may have timed this a bit close to Easter… so if you were interested but the timing hasn’t worked — just drop me a message. I’m looking at options to adjust or run another intake.
