It may be a Bank Holiday Monday but Debi is still hosting our Menopause Maids peer support group in Newquay. We also have another FIVE groups running with all of our Facilitators volunteering as normal this final holiday week.

Your Voice, Cornwall offers peer support groups for women aged 18+ who are living with poor mental health.
All groups are free to attend with no booking or referral needed.
We can’t promise to solve all of your problems but we can promise to offer you a safe, non-judgemental place with a listening ear and a (free) cup of tea.
If you would like to attend but feeling nervous, please do reach out to us and we can put you in touch with our facilitator prior to the group.
There is no pressure to share until you feel comfortable in your surroundings.
