Well, that's the end of another era 😀 . Absolutely thrilled to say that my Business Partner, Jo Arnold-Mayes, will become the new owner and Senior Partner of True Blue Training Solutions (LP) from early April 2026. 🍾
Many of you will know Jo as our current Training Manager. With her decades of training and education background, her encyclopaedic knowledge of First Aid and her passion for all things 'Care-Sector' based, the company could not be in better hands.
As for me, life, travel and family now come to the fore. That said, I will still be in the background supporting Jo for 12-months or so, but also taking a few clients that require Leadership & Management consultancy. Added to my roles as a Treluggan Associate and Lantra Assessor, that will keep the grey matter working and salve my workaholic nature (I hope).
Thank you to all of my friends and clients who have supported True Blue over the past 12-years. Please continue to do so, but also keep in touch on a personal level.
