We are starting to settle into life in Cornwall now 😁 I pinch myself every day.

The weather this week has definitely helped 🌊😎 Living by the beautiful ocean fills me with joy - it’s always been my ‘happy place’.

As most of you know, we had a few ‘bumps in the road’ to get here but it all happened when it was meant to - even though the journey was tough at times 😜

It shows us all that when you follow your dreams, they will come to fruition - you just have faith that it will happen in divine timing 🥰🌈✨💖

One big step last night was that I had the pleasure of joining the beautiful Anna Lempriere and Karly Kissling at their yoga event.

I was invited to play a sound immersion to finish off a wonderful evening of yoga, dance, laughter, chat and the coming together of beautiful energies ✨✨✨

I will be back in Basingstoke this weekend to host my regular monthly Sound Bath at Lychpit Hall. I can’t wait to see you all.
We have the Full Moon in Libra on Sunday too (13th). Brace yourselves for release and restoration! 🤗✨💖

I’m really looking forward to hosting more sound baths in Cornwall. The first step has been made, so I can’t wait to see what magic and wonderful opportunities open up for me?!

PEACE

When the world outside is in disarray and chaos abounds, it is vital that you live the life you dream of in your own little bubble. Make the world you want. Kindness, love, patience, acceptance and care. Throw it around like confetti and create the world you will not see on the news. You cannot fix the world or change everyone’s mind but you can BE the peace you seek. And it is beyond vital that you do. It spreads like ever increasing ripples outwards and will find those like-hearted souls you need to reach. When the world is in unrest, be the peace you seek.

I am delighted to invite you all to a ✨Relaxation and Sound Bath Workshop ✨that I am hosting in collaboration with my dear friend, Natasha Selby (Dru Yoga, mindfulness and breathwork teacher)

The venue is at Dummer Village Hall (free parking and easy access) and the time will be from 11am to 12.30pm - with the option to stay for a chat and a cuppa afterwards ☕️😁

The cost is £30 for the 90 minute session.

We are offering 2 dates:
Sunday, 21st of April 2024
Sunday, 5th of May 2024

We would love you to join us for a moment in your busy day to allow yourselves to just ‘BE’, and fully let go in a safe and calming space.

Gentle movement

SOUND BATH IMMERSION this Sunday, 19th of November at 12.30pm at the Treatment Hub, Basingstoke. There are only a couple of spaces left!

Come and enjoy an hour of deep relaxation and a time to allow yourself to completely ‘switch off’ and ‘be’.

Let the frequencies and harmonies of the instruments wash over and through you - including the symphonic gong, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, shamanic drum, voice and chimes - all inducing peace, calm and self discovery.

The cost is £20 for the one hour session, paid in advance to secure your place.

A thought for the day….

Have you found yourself answering the question “How are you?” with “Well I’m really busy!” It’s almost a badge of honour to be ‘busy’ these days 😉

Yes, we all have tasks that need to be done during our day but it’s about BALANCE - time to appreciate the task and the moment - smell the coffee and the roses ☕️🌺🌸

It’s just as important to BE as it is to DO.

Next time someone asks “How are you?”, think about how you will reply?

Thank you to everyone who has joined me on the monthly Reiki Sound Bath journeys held at the Treatment Hub in Basingstoke.

I love the intimacy of the 8 people in the room, and working with your energies, and the guided themes of each month ✨🌈💖

I can’t wait for the next one to see you all again and to welcome any new guests who wish to join us in this deeply relaxing and safe space.

They are held on a Sunday at 11am and 12.30pm. Each session is one hour long.
The cost is £20 and is paid in advance to secure your place at the beginning of each month, as places are limited.
