I’m delighted to introduce a NEW complete beginners yoga course starting on Tuesday 6th January Cober Valley Health, in Helston.

In this 4 weeks complete beginners yoga course you can expect the following:
✅An introduction to basic Pranayama (breathing techniques)
✅To learn the foundational poses in a yoga practice with guidance about what is working, stretching and strengthening in each pose
✅Using props to support your practice e.g blankets, blocks and ropes
✅Modifications of postures to make the practice accessible wherever you are in your journey
✅A guided relaxation at the end of each practice is

I’m feeling a lot of gratitude to have taught so many wonderful new students this year, classes are flourishing and I can’t wait to see what next year brings. I’ll be offering more classes, adding workshops and continuing with my own training and study in all the things I love ✨

Festive Yoga & Meditation at The Hidden yurt ✨✨✨
Join me for an evening of Festive Yoga & Meditation, followed by a cup of hot cacao and a mince pie in the magical energies of the Hidden Yurt. This beautiful place is perched on a Ley Line and allows for a truly immersive and Spiritual experience.
We'll be practicing a mixture of Yin and Yang yoga, starting with our flow "yang" and working towards our deeper more passive "Yin" postures which we will hold for longer. We'll be working muscles, ligaments, joints and deep fascial networks to allow for deep releasing and letting go. After our yoga practice, we'll settle down in warm, cosy and ambient lit yurt for a relaxing guided meditation.
Come and join me for some yoga tomorrow morning Cober Valley Health, 10-11am. An all levels gentle stretch using breath work to calm the mind, connect body and spirit, whilst releasing tension, increasing range of mobility, improving posture and reducing stress 😌.

In yoga we connect our mind & body through breath work and physical movement, which in turn helps us to bring clarity, focus, emotional regulation and relief from stress, tension & anxiety. My classes offer a safe and accessible practice, where we explore a range of different movement’s to increase mobility, flexibility, strength & balance.

I’m Debi, and i’m Yoga teacher in the South West of England in Beautiful Cornwall.
My own Yoga journey began through a recommendation, I didn’t know what I was signing up to but soon fell in love with the practice of Yoga, it became a goal to work towards, something that was challenging my body in a good way by stretching those tired, hard working muscles. I found that Yoga helps to align mentally, physically and Spiritually.
I obtained my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training qualification with Aimee Blackman at ‘The Cornwall Yoga Centre’ in Truro. After 2 years of regular practice, my enthusiasm and love for Yoga and teaching gave me the opportunity to combine both passions together bringing a therapeutic and knowledgeable approach to my classes.
I teach Hatha yoga and my classes are suitable for all abilities, ages and both men & women and focus on a series of postures to encourage greater flexibility, movement and strength building as well as gradually building up to holding the postures for greater lengths of time.
My class is continual and anyone is welcome to attend at anytime. If you are concerned about any health problems or would like to have a chat about the suitability of the class, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Yoga is not about how flexible you are, it’s about your own personal journey of self awareness. Yoga is a self disciplined practice and along your journey I aim to teach with great integrity, knowledge and dedication to each of my students.
