I love teaching yoga on the beach, but in Cornwall, it’s hard to schedule because you never know what the weather is going to be doing… ⛈️

These guys lucked out today with bluebird September sky for the most wholesome stag do 💪🙏

And it was the first time in eight years of teaching that I’ve taught a group made up solely of men! Had such a blast. Long may this weather continue! 🌞

Happy Solstice! 🌞 Taught a solstice-themed class this morning for a lovely mother and daughter duo at THE PIG Hotel at Harlyn Bay. We really lucked out with the weather - sun beaming down as we moved through our warrior flow 💪🏼 Such a joy to teach surrounded by trees and the birds singing. A great way to start the second half of the year 🌳🍃🌞🙌🏼
