This deployment is hitting a little differently.

Tomorrow morning Paul leaves, and at the moment there isn’t a confirmed return date. I just wanted to give a quick update regarding my availability over the coming weeks.

Mel is an intuitive energy worker, trained to Reiki Master level, with experience in Indian Head Massage. Her work gently blends Reiki, shamanic techniques and sound to support deep relaxation, balance and emotional release.

Using a combination of crystal singing bowls, tuning forks and her own calming voice, Mel creates a healing, nurturing and safe space for you to be utterly at peace, allowing gentle energetic release, realignment and grounding.

• Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy
• Advanced training in Indian Head Massage

She is currently completing Level 4 studies and working towards additional qualifications in cupping, taping and blading.

Sadi is passionate about holistic therapies, wellness, nutrition, hiking, anxiety release and helping people feel their best. Her treatments combine skill with a calm, caring approach to help clients feel stronger, lighter and more relaxed in both body and mind.
