Flora Day is creeping up… and it’s clearly already taken over 👀🌼

Spotted little teasers of the big day everywhere on my morning run 🏃‍♀️ like the town is quietly warming up without telling us.

Bunting popping up all over the place 😍 (because apparently one can never have too much bunting).

Then I get back home… greeted by our freshly inked house sign, also inkeeping with the Flora Day theme ❤️

New tasty recipe alert ⚠️

Sticky pork yakisoba tonight for dinner (recipe on the SW app), this was yummy 😋 I would double up on the sauce next time though, I love saucy things 😂

This was a new recipe for me and one I will repeat 💯

Thai green curry tonight and I don't mind spending 7.5 swips on this meal, it was scrumptious 😋 Got leftovers too 👌

I used Lidl Thai green curry paste and reduced fat soft cheese to make the sauce, just loosened it with a little milk.

Added peppers, courgette and leftover roasted chicken from yesterday, served with boiled rice and green beans, plus that all important mango chutney!

Bank holiday Monday vibes 🙌

Lemon mug cake for breakfast, with fresh fruit and fat free natural yogurt 😋 topped off with mango and passionfruit coulis - perfect!

I completed run 1 of week 3 first thing and have just had a decent walk with the hubby, before the rain came! Starting this week strong 💪

Saturday night dinner 😍

Iceland piri piri chicken skewers, roasted veggies and cheesy garlic bread 😋 plus cooling mint and yogurt sauce.

Simple, but very tasty!
