Friday 15th April 4pm - Saturday 16th April 6pm
This women's medicine walk is a precious opportunity to open in a gentle and soulful way to something that wants tending to in you.
Walking in nature with receptive awareness, and a clear intention, can show us gentle ways forward; bringing surprising and deeply-needed healing answers to places where we feel stuck or sore. By opening to nature's medicine we uncover our own unique wisdom and discover just what is needed now for our growth and healing. .
We will walk together under the moon and stars, connecting to a meditative silence. There will be guidance and support to honour, with self-created individual ceremonies, whatever is moving through you now.
We will explore this within the warm, compassionate, supportive space of sitting in circle, where you are invited to share, and to witness each other. Sitting in circle is a precious ceremonial practice that creates a deep and healing connection both within the self and with each other. This helps us move through changes that are unfolding in the present with greater clarity and compassion.
Please arrive from 4pm on Friday 15th April. We will begin with a welcome circle and then share a light supper (soup provided) before sleep and then heading off on our night walk.
There will be a shared space to sleep or you can bring your own tent.
This weekend is open to all women of any age, everyone welcome. Cost £70, concessions available.
Places are limited to 10 so please reserve as soon as possible if you'd like to come.
