Lisa is rallying everyone around to join in this great cause to highlight Saving ‘Our Heath Barn’ for the community… please join in .
We may all be too hot, sleep deprived and a little bit grumpy but no time to lose, we have a RALLY to organise and WE NEED YOU!!!! 😜🥳
Our pre-procession catch up, preperations and Art for Activism ✌️ banner painting show down is locked in for:
Thursday 17th July 7.30-9.30pm at the Boxmoor Playhouse, St Johns Road.
This will be a fun, relaxed evening unleashing the paintbrushes and expressing ourselves with some no-messin' Bold statement signs! Shrinking violets we are not! 💪
Please email me ourheathbarn@outlook.com to let me know you will be attending.
RALLY TO SAVE HEATH BARN will follow on Saturday 19th July
10.45am meet for 11am start (lasting about an hour)
Blackbirds Moor (opposite the barn) followed by a circular clockwise procession around the moor. I'll need help distributing flyers en route, shaking a maraka/ tambourine and trying to promote Heath Barn and our campaign in a peaceful/ rhythmical way 💃
Would also love to hear from people who have instruments that can make a bit of a toot- let's reminisce and rekindle the buildings musical roots! Let's allow music to catch on the breeze to encourage curiosity and questions from passers by en route 🎶
Please let me know if you will be joining us so I'm not stood on my tod by commenting below or emailing me. I need to alert the police to likely numbers so this is quite important 👮♀️
Hope to see lots of familiar faces and new ones too.
Press has been invited and photos will be taken.
