New Horizons Counselling Counselling and Psychotherapy services in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire. Welcome to my page, my name is Fleur,
I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist.

I offer face to face confidential sessions in a private and comfortable therapy room. It is a big step to decide to have therapy so maybe I can add a couple of words to support your decision. Let’s break down some common misconceptions!

1) As a therapeutic Counsellor I am not perfect, I am human just like you. What I do have, is years of experience learning how to help people navigate a clearer pathway through their thoughts and feelings, which can get very jumbled up for all of us at times.

2) Therapy can be FUN & EMPOWERING! Therapy with me can be a space to share ideas, thoughts that you don’t want to say out loud and language that in other places you may feel judged for. Swear if you want to or have a rant!

3) I will not tell you what to do. The sessions will be supported by me with the insight and experience I have however each person is unique and you are the captain of your own ship, I’ll be there to help you translate a map! Counselling & Psychotherapy is a client led process of talking therapy that allows you to freely explore your thoughts and feelings with the supportive guidance of a qualified therapist. Just as your body needs looking after to stay healthy, so does your mind. Counselling has a positive impact on your quality of life and helps you change your behaviour, increase happiness, and overcome problems. My areas of expertise inlcude:
