I offer face to face confidential sessions in a private and comfortable therapy room. It is a big step to decide to have therapy so maybe I can add a couple of words to support your decision. Let’s break down some common misconceptions!
1) As a therapeutic Counsellor I am not perfect, I am human just like you. What I do have, is years of experience learning how to help people navigate a clearer
pathway through their thoughts and feelings, which can get very jumbled up for all of us at times.
2) Therapy can be FUN & EMPOWERING! Therapy with me can be a space to share ideas, thoughts that you don’t want to say out loud and language that in other places you may feel judged for. Swear if you want to or have a rant!
3) I will not tell you what to do. The sessions will be supported by me with the insight and experience I have however each person is unique and you are the captain of your own ship, I’ll be there to help you translate a map!
