Free Home Care Assessment
Free 3 Home Care visits so clients can familiarise and assess our services. Key highlights
• Daily COVID LFD tests daily and PCR test weekly for carers as per GOVT. guidance
• 24 X 7 helpline to support clients at any time.
• Fully electronic care plans with family access
• Visits are never rushed – our preferred visit time is a minimum of 30 minutes.
• Care givers are enhanced DBS checked with two professional references
• Carers are carefully matched and introduced before they begin delivering care.
• We are quick to react, vigilant in our duty of care and always aim to raise a smile.
