International Men’s Day is a reminder of the importance of positive role models, mental health awareness, and supporting men to live healthy, fulfilling lives. At Druglink, we see every day the difference that kindness, empathy, and strength can make - and our male staff, volunteers, and partners embody this wholeheartedly.

Join Collective Voice’s Women’s Treatment Working Group (WTWG) on 25th November, the UN International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, for a webinar which will explore the impact that gender-based violence has on the women who use (or in many cases don’t use) drug and alcohol treatment services.

● Understand the impact that gender-based violence has on the women who use our services and the difference that women’s spaces can make.
● Hear from women who have used these services about the difference that it has made to them.
● Hear from services that are delivering protected women only spaces in mixed gender services.
● Receive practical hints and tips for starting and maintaining spaces for women regardless of your building set up

Tuesday 25th November, 14.00 - 15.30 - we hope will inspire you to try some of these practical solutions in your own services.

Druglink is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupancy Manager to join our team!

In this role, you’ll oversee and coordinate all aspects of the client admissions process, ensuring a smooth, supportive, and compliant journey for individuals accessing our Substance Misuse and Supported Housing services.

You’ll lead a committed team, work closely with local and national referral partners, and help build strong professional relationships that make a real difference in people’s lives.

We had a fantastic time at this year’s Druglink Staff Away Day. It was a brilliant opportunity to connect with colleagues from across the organisation, catch up with familiar faces, and welcome some new ones too.

The day left us energised, inspired, and with a clear sense of direction for the year ahead.
