Great Britain Premier Dragon Boat Squad 🇬🇧

I may have only joined your journey as your Sports Therapist at the start of the summer but oh what a summer it has been! From training camps in Nottingham (my first time in a Dragon Boat) and Wraysbury - to Pattaya Thailand for the World Championships (My first Race Day/Week), it has been an absolute pleasure to join you all in what has been an unforgettable experience.

I have learnt an incredible amount from the inspiring, hardworking and determined athletes, coaches and management that form the GB team and have built bonds I honestly cannot believe are only a few months old.

Only a matter of weeks ago I had no idea what Dragon Boat Racing was and now the World Championships have finished I know this is not my last involvement in the Sport🐉🛶 let’s see what the next Chapter brings and the biggest well done to every single person involved 💪🙏❤️
