Exciting news! As you know, the SMART Workforce solution was originally designed to support and clinicians, but there’s now an exciting development….

Soar Beyond is proud to be working in partnership with NHS England to support the rollout of the NHS People Profession Map across the service. The SMART Workforce solution will enable NHS people professionals to digitally self-assess against the standards. These insights will help both individuals and teams to identify their strengths and development opportunities whilst helping to grow and retain valuable NHS people profession talent.

We are excited to be launching the NHS People Profession Map SMART Workforce self- assessment tool in 10 early implementer sites initially before national roll-out to thw 18,000 people professionals in the NHS
