All of my personal training programmes are designed for adults 45+ who want to move better, feel safer in their body, and train without fear of making things worse.
They all share the same foundation:
• Total-body sessions — so your whole body stays capable for everyday life, without needing long or exhausting workouts
• Strength-focused training — gentle, progressive strength is what supports joints, reduces flare-ups, and builds confidence over time
• Joint-friendly by design — we always work within your current ability, adapting exercises around pain, sensitive joints, and past injuries
• Calm, purposeful exercise variety — enough change to keep joints healthy and avoid overload, never rushed or random
• Familiar key movements — kept consistent long enough for your body to feel safe, learn the patterns, and gradually get stronger
