This week our director Grant and technician Damian visited the HandyTech team in Italy, for training on installing their products.

After the technical training came the opportunity to test drive these products.

A fantastic time was had by all.

We look forward to bringing this new knowledge back to the UK and fitting the HandyTech equipment into vehicles here.

Another new SD Motion Drive user has received their wheelchair back this week.

This time we've fitted our system to a Quickie Nitrum.

The customer opted for special build wheels.
So that's 2" wide Schwalbe mountain bike tyres with tannus inserts, black rims, hubs and spokes. Includes pneumatic inner tubes and stan slime.

Great for exploring outdoors so you can go further than the pavements.

This Mercedes AMG has been fitted with the Paravan Spacedrive brake and gas system.

Using the lever in the centre console, you push to accelerate and pull back to brake.

All other functions (lights, wipers, horn etc) are operated with the infra-red steering aid at the 2o'clock position on the steering wheel.

Neatly installed to match the sleek design of the car 👌🏼

A big 🎉HAPPY BIRTHDAY🎉 to our driver Ken who celebrates his 80th birthday today!! 🥳🥳

Ken has been with us for 16 years now and he's the friendly face you'll see when you need a car or wheelchair collected.
He's also the welcoming smile when you come in for a visit and the first to offer you a hot cuppa.

He's the chief buyer of sausage rolls and does an excellent job of cleaning the cars.

We wish you the very best time celebrating your big birthday Ken, you deserve to be spoilt!
